Creative Arts in Yeovil

Yeovil Community Arts Association (YCAA), the charity that ran the Yeovil Arts Centre, is now organising a programme of exhibitions in the Gallery Bar area of the Octagon Theatre, Hendford, Yeovil BA20 1UX, under the heading of "Creative Arts at the Octagon".

Wednesday 30th March to Saturday 30th April
David Brooke and Caroline Ireland
An exhibition by two Artists with original, distinctive styles, who produce imaginative paintings and drawings that convey a sense of wonder and mystery.

David Brooke's paintings create the feeling of myth, although often they are not based on any specific legend. Caroline Ireland works using pastel and watered our together to produce brilliant, vibrant effects.

All exhibitions are open Mondays to Saturdays from 12noon to the end of each evening's Theatre performance or 5pm if there is no evening performance.

The Octagon Cafe is now open for coffees, teas and light snacks from 12noon on Mondays to Saturdays, as well as for evening pre-performance meals.

The Octagon has access for the disabled by means of a lift to the first floor Gallery.
All exhibitions are organised by the Yeovil Community Arts Association.
