Driving Test
News out today suggests that the Government will be beefing up the driving test to cut the accident toll of young male drivers. But what will happen to the secondhand market for Novas and Saxos if the young guys are kept off the road?
Sales of 'FAT' exhaust pipes will plummet as well.
